# Everything else: how to be readable by a machine in one page

Whatever you sell, the mechanics are the same. An assistant answering a question assembles text it
can reach. Your job is to make sure a plain, accurate, specific description of you exists somewhere
a crawler can fetch it in one request, with no scripts in the way.

## The whole method, in five lines

1. **One sentence saying what you are**, using the ordinary category word people would type.
2. **Who it is for**, narrowly enough to exclude someone.
3. **The numbers** — price, size, capacity, duration, coverage. Real ones.
4. **Where you operate** — country, city, languages, timezones.
5. **Three to five questions with direct answers**, phrased the way a customer would ask them.

That is it. Not a redesign, not a migration — a page of clean text.

## Why the question-and-answer part matters most

A question with a direct answer underneath is the exact structure a model reuses when it responds to
a person. Everything else on a page has to be interpreted; a question-and-answer pair can be
repeated almost as written. If you do only one thing, write five honest ones with real figures in
the answers.

## What we can and cannot promise

We can promise your text exists in a machine-readable form, that it is linked from a category page,
this article, the sitemap and llms.txt, and that we will publish the raw count of AI-crawler fetches
against it. We cannot promise a model will recommend you — nobody can, and anyone charging for that
promise is charging for air.
