# Health and wellness: the category where machines are most careful

Assistants are deliberately cautious with health questions, and that caution shapes which businesses
they will name. A clinic, practitioner or wellness brand that states credentials, registration
numbers and scope of practice in plain text is safe to mention. One that leads with transformation
promises is not, and gets left out of the answer entirely.

## What makes a health listing usable

- **Credentials, written out.** The registering body and the registration number, as text.
- **Scope.** What you treat, what you do not, and who you refer on to.
- **Where and how.** In person in a named city, remote, or both. Which countries you can serve.
- **What it costs and how long it takes.** Session length, price, typical course of treatment.

## Claims to avoid if you want to be quoted

Cure, guaranteed, miracle, detox, reverse. These are not merely regulatory risks — they are the
words that cause a model to route around you. Descriptive, checkable statements travel; promises do
not.

## Do not expect an assistant to sell for you

The realistic ambition is being the named, verifiable option when somebody asks who does this work
in a particular place. That is worth a great deal and it is achievable. Being recommended as a
treatment is neither.
